Right-Click on Drives, Garbled Text???

When I right-click on any of the drives in My Computer (C:\, D:\, E:\, etc...), the text is messed up.  The first couple of options are like wingdings or something.  I have no idea how this happened.  I just freshly loaded XP on this machine and have installed all of the updates and this started happening.  I think that it may have something to do with Autorun but I can't figure out what.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

npc_caseym--I understand that the Context Menu for the drives is the only place the problem occurs.
Does this offer any help
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/autoplayhandlers.htm ?
If not, see if this list of fixes helps

npc_caseym--You perhaps should also run scans for malware.  Make sure antivirus and antispyware programs have uptodate reference definition files.
npc_caseym--Forgive me.  I keep thinking of other items.  After running malware scans, if this just started, run a System Restore to a date/time before the problem first occurred.

I've ran virus/malware scans already...defs are up to date and I've ran 2 different ones.  Nothing was found except a few cookies.  As I said, I just reinstalled XP on this machine yesterday afternoon.

I just tried the clean handlers utility and it didn't fix it.  I removed all of the 3rd party handlers and still nothin.
Here's a screenshot of what it looks like when I right-click on a drive...

Sounds to me like the context view handler information in the registry is messed up.  Try this page, particularly the ShellExView utility mentioned:

The first link for the flash drive disinfector does not work.  You are right though, I believe that it is my flash drive that is causing this and I want to get it cleaned.

Thank you!  The Flash Drive Disinfector seems to have cleaned it up.  You saved me a lot of headache!
No problem... I'm glad to know it's solved!
