Dynamics CRM 2013 not showing option to create anything

My CRM 2013 is not showing any of the options to create ANYTHING.

I had some storage problems, but that has is solved know, but still, the new buttons are NOT showing.

HELP!!!!

By the way, if I click the "+ Crear" button (it means create) an empty gray bar shows below the blue bar.

Sorry, I could not get the language... but I can see from your question that you want to create an activity... is that correct?
Let me know if you're trying to create any other entity record.

A grey bar from the "+" sign will be appeared upside down. If you're not able to see that you need to check your browser settings for compatibility.

Can you tell which version of IE or other browser are you using?

The posted image is the Active Contacts view. This is just an example.

The first option on the menu should be Create or New an the one I'm getting is Delete.

This happens in all the entities an in different browsers and computers.

Are you logged in as Administrator? If not, check the Security Role of your user and check the privileges given on it for each entity.

I'm using the Admin account, I have all the rights.

FYI: Yesterday the crm reported a data usage of 98%, I had to buy more space.

I think that issue caused the "New" button to "dissapear".

How can I "re-enable" the buttons?

I think you're using CRM Online... MS just has changed the CRM online with a new version CRM 2013 SP1 (code name "Leo").

Not sure what is wrong with your CRM instance... Have you contacted MS Support?

I have created a case with MS and I'm waiting for them to contact them.

The Problem was because there was no space available in the SQL Database
