Exchange 2010 ActiveSync's security issue with iOS

We have exchange 2010 STD (single Server) installation in our windows 2008 R2 domain (“Typical” installation of Exchange 2010, all roles are on one server) .

My concern is, some time back I heard about iPhone , iPad’s security issue with exchange Active Sync , Is it still true with 2010?

Please let me know as we are planning to introduce iPhone if exchange’s Active Sync has no security issue with Apple’s iOS.

iOS 3.1 on the iPhone 3GS incorrectly reported that it supported device encryption.
This has been resolved in more recent versions.

iPad has not issues with the device encryption, but has limited EAS policy settings.

I have loads of clients running this exact setup without any issues, I would recommend you install a SSL Certificate to make the /owa secure and activesync secure.
