Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Activity Feed Automatic Follow
Good day,
CRM 2011- Ultimately I’d like all CRM users to follow each other without having to manually setup each User’s account. Can this be achieved using a workflow? I’ve setup an organisational workflow that auto follows when a new user is created, however this only works for me. Can I configure who the user’s follow via System Administration or using teams..?
Any help is really appreciated.

Hi,
I think the workflow runs when a new user is created with the Owner who created it. There is no option of Team follow button in CRM 2011 (Please confirm from your side). And system administration also does not allow for other users.
In that case users can go to advance find and search all the users, select all of them and click on follow button.

This is the solution that we are currently adopting, but it requires every user to carry out the steps and each time a new User is created all the current User's must then follow to new user.
I'd like to try and automate or centrally manage this in some way.
