Parrot integration with microsoft dynamics crm 2013
I installed Parrot by webfortis on Microsoft dynamics crm 2013 and it installed fine but does not give me the option to add users to it or accounts, there is no menu.
If there is no Link; I would suggest going into customization and check if there is any Entity it installed and if there are any areas to be shown is selected or not.
Also, if there are no entities available, try Visual Ribbon Editor to check with Ribbon if the Parrot Link is kept Visible or not?

I went into customization and there is an entity for Parrot there but I cannot modify it. I see it in the ribbon under workspace but it does not let me put in accounts or link to facebook, twitter, etc.

OK, have tried a few times but no success.
Btw, what Internet Explorer version you're using? Try checking with another browsers also if Parrot supports it.
Also try the same URL in IE with Compatibility mode on for CRM and check.
