Creating a workflow process for Product Order in CRM Dynamic 2015

Hi, I need help in creating a workflow which will send an email alert for when orders that have product purchases over $5,000 and the order status must be Fulfilled.

The issue I'm running into is when the user adds an product to the order via Product & Lot grid, they refresh the grid and save, then it doesn't trigger the email action. The email only sends when the user does not hit save or refresh the Products grid but add the product and hit FULFILL order. (See PRODUCT-GRID.PNG)

I believe that grid section is customized by some external consultants...please correct me if this is not out of the box for Orders Information page for Dynamic CRM. Any other solution to get around this to trigger the email to check the price after an order is fulfilled?

Here are the settings:
The "Start when: Record is created and Record fields change" have been checked and set only the Modified On box on the Record Fields change. (see images: WF-PROPERITIES.PNG and RECORDSFIELDSCHANGE.PNG)

Hi,

I gave the answer as per your question and suggested some tricks as well. I do not see any point why you want to delete the question and would not like to assign any points to my answer?!?
It's not a big deal. I just thought to be fair, it's a custom solution which you cannot offer anything further and what you've suggested is something I've already tried prior to posting this so it wouldn't be beneficial to anyone reading this post looking for a solution to a similar problem. Anyways, I've awarded you your points, thanks for trying to help though. :-)
