How to Remove "Disk Check" Virus?

Hi Experts,

Good Day.
I've encountered a virus called - ptkkrkextex.exe. I able to disabled this virus via Task Manager. However, i've noticed that the virus has "hide" my files and i CAN'T access my files as usual. For your information, i can access it using "Run..." command prompt section. This is so STRANGE!

Can anyone guide me how to clean up this VIRUS and allow me to access back my files as normal?
You can see the details of photos below for your further understanding.
