That is what I thought but I wanted to verify that no body came up with a way to do it globally without buying a 3rd party add-in. &nbsp;We have been pushing out categories through GPOs for years &amp;&nbsp;works great but you still cant overwrite the generic categories. &nbsp;As a heads you have to load the Microsoft Outlook &nbsp;ADM template &amp;&nbsp;then it located under User Configuration &gt;&nbsp;Administrative Templates &gt;&nbsp;Classic Administrative Templates &gt;&nbsp;Microsoft Outlook &gt;&nbsp;Miscellaneous &gt;&nbsp;Add New Categories &gt;&nbsp;Enable &amp;&nbsp;add a comma or semicolon delimited list. &nbsp;The only thing you cant do is set the colors for each categories. &nbsp;Thanks

Excellent article that I did read previously to adding this question. &nbsp;He did verify that the only way to clear out the Default Master Category list is to do it on each individual machines.
