How do I clear the generic master category list (Blue, Yellow & etc)

I want to clear or overwrite the generic master category list & then use the GPO template to push out the categories we want to use.  I know how to clear my own list using a macro but I want to do this globally as we use categories to bill out our time.  Thank you

That is what I thought but I wanted to verify that no body came up with a way to do it globally without buying a 3rd party add-in.  We have been pushing out categories through GPOs for years & works great but you still cant overwrite the generic categories.  As a heads you have to load the Microsoft Outlook  ADM template & then it located under User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Classic Administrative Templates > Microsoft Outlook > Miscellaneous > Add New Categories > Enable & add a comma or semicolon delimited list.  The only thing you cant do is set the colors for each categories.  Thanks
Thanks for that information.
Excellent article that I did read previously to adding this question.  He did verify that the only way to clear out the Default Master Category list is to do it on each individual machines.
